Rayon: ultra soft and allows for full circulation.

Combed-Cotton: Highly breathable natural soft and light feel.

Modal: allows moisture to evaporate (moisture wicking)

Polyester: wrinkle resistant, mildew and abrasion resistant. Allows moisture to dry quickly due to the hydrophobic fabric fibers.

Shipping & Returns

Domestic Shipping Policy

Most orders will ship out within 3-7 business days of ordering. Customers within the U.S. may choose from a range of shipping speed options with USPS. Once shipped, orders are normally received within 7 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your orders are delivered on time, Reckless Mentality cannot be held responsible for conditions that are beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc. (please contact USPS to handle these issues).

  • Standard Shipping – Should arrive 3-7 business days from the shipped date.
  • Our standard shipping charge is $7.00 and up depending on the total weight of the item(s)
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email along with a tracking number.
  • See “checkout” for a full list of precisely calculated shipping rates and estimated arrival.

 

Domestic Return Policy

  • Any new item can be returned for a full refund or in-store credit within 14 days of delivery, or alternatively,  you can exchange your product within 30 days. Transit times are not included in this time window.
  • If the return/exchange does not pass inspection, it will be mailed back to you.
  • If a product you receive is damaged during shipment or is not what you ordered, we will send a replacement and provide a prepaid return label for our U.S. customers to retrieve the item.
  • Inspections include: Items covered in animal hair will NOT be accepted. Items that smell like smoke, cologne, or deodorant may be subjected to rejection. All items must be unworn and unwashed. Please return the item in the condition it was packaged and sent.
  • We cannot accept any returns on underwear or socks for hygiene reasons.
  • It may take up to 7 business days for returns to be processed.
  • We recommend that you send your returns via a tracked and insured delivery service. We will not accept responsibility for returns lost in the post.     
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within standard business days. If your return is denied, then it will be sent back to you.

International Shipping Policy

Most orders will ship out within 2-7 days of ordering. Your order will be shipped Standard Service. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 10-12 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. *Orders, shipped via Standard, can incur duties and taxes. Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the Tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.
