I received the wrong product in my order. What should I do now?
Please send an email to sales@recklessmentality.com with your order number and a photo of the incorrect product you received. We will immediately send you the correct replacement product with a pre-printed return label.
How long will it take for customer service to respond?
On business days, you can expect a response within 24 hours. Our customer service team works Monday-Friday.
Can I change my order once it’s places?
Although, we wish we could accommodate all changes…we fulfill orders very quickly! Once your order has been confirmed, it’s not possible for you, or us, to change it prior to dispatch. Please ensure all your information is correct before submitting your order. However, if your order is not yet shipped out, feel free to contact us and we will happily cancel your previous order, so that you can reorder the correct item. Please note that given the speed at which certain items sell out, we cannot guarantee that your item(s) will be available if your order is cancelled.
Can I apply my discount after I finalize my order?
Unfortunately, our software does not allow us to adjust prices to finalized purchases. Once your order has been confirmed, it’s not possible for you, or us, to change it prior to leaving our facility. Please ensure all your information is inputted and correct before submitting your order, including your discount code. If your order has not yet shipped out, contact us and we will happily cancel your previous order, so that you can reorder with the discount code applied. Please note that given the speed at which certain items sell out, we cannot guarantee that your item(s) will be available if your order is cancelled.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Items purchased from Reckless Mentality Apparel can be returned for a full refund or in-store credit within 14 days of delivery, or alternatively you can exchange your product within 30 days. All items must have their original tags attached and be unworn and unwashed.

How long will the return and exchange process take?
Please allow 2-3 weeks from the time that you ship your item(s) back to us to process your return/exchange. Once it has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with a tracking number, or an email confirming the store credit issued.
Am I responsible for return shipping cost?
You will be responsible for paying postage on any returns. If you request an exchange, we will waive the standard shipping fee on your exchanged item. If you received the wrong product or it is defective, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label upon approval. We will also waive the standard shipping fee on your replacement item.

Do I have to pay customs and import charges?
Any customs or import duties are charged once the package reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. To ensure there aren’t any unexpected charges upon arrival to your country, we strongly encourage you to contact your local customs office for more information.
*Please note that no matter whom the carrier is, U.S. Postal or private, the laws and rules are the same for everyone. Each country is different and each carrier handles these issues differently when clearing customs.USPS ship’s all international orders, as they guarantee your package delivery within 10-12 business days (depending on priority of package), and will contact you to pay the fees before delivery.
